The Luongo Bridge project comprises a proposed two-span bridge crossing the Luongo River in Luapula Province, intended to improve local connectivity and transport resilience. The bridge adopts a prestressed concrete girder solution supported on reinforced concrete substructures and pile foundations, suited to the riverine and geotechnical conditions of the site.
